Dedicated and passionate teacher that follows my heart and loves every student for their uniqueness. I began as a preschool teacher, teaching 3 and 4 year olds and doing 2 lessons a day. I had 20 children total and fell in love with teaching. I followed my heart and became a substitute teacher for Polk County School Board in 2003. I was looking for a way to go back to school. The superintendent at that time told me about a program they were offering. It was then, that I returned to school so I could become a teacher. I worked full time and went to school part time. It took me four years to earn my Bachelors degree. I graduated from Florida Southern in 2008 and began teaching. I have taught at three different schools in my 16 years of being an Elementary School Teacher. We are moving to Seale Alabama and I am seeking to transfer my certification to Alabama, so that I may continue teaching our future.
