• Provide comprehensive Physical Therapy services at largest hospital in Boston’s North Shore region on weekly basis until September 2022, and on bi-monthly basis from September 2022 to present, including covering weekend and holiday shifts.
• Work responsibilities at this 370 bed acute-care community hospital include provision of Physical Therapy services on all inpatient units, as well as within an adjacent 65 private patient-bay, Level III Trauma Center emergency department, and within additionally adjacent 120 bed Epstein Center for Behavioral Health.
• Frequent duties include acting as Charge Therapist, conducting family training, coordinating patient care needs with interdisciplinary team, mentoring developing clinicians, ensuring safe discharges.

• Provided Physical Therapy services to patients at the leading Rehabilitation Hospital Network in New England region. This employment opportunity included working up to 20 hours per week on all inpatient units at Spaulding’s original acute rehab facility in downtown Boston, as well as at it’s a newer 132 bed, model of inclusive design facility, located in the Charlestown Navy Yard which opened in April 2013.
• Work responsibilities included assessment, evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic conditions with consideration of many complex therapy needs, on all inpatient acute rehabilitation units.
• Educated patients and family members regarding diagnosis, injury prevention, therapeutic treatments and potential discharge planning needs.
• Adapted therapy sessions according to patient progress and individual goals, incorporated use of functional outcome measurements for quantification of progress.
• Supervised licensed assistants, cooperative students and unlicensed rehab aides.

Provided skilled Physical Therapy services at inpatient, 120 bed long-term acute licensed facility, and adjacent 40 bed inpatient transitional care unit.

• Provided skilled Physical Therapy services to inpatients & residents within 140-bed nursing facility, that housed a short-term transitional care unit and long-term care units for older adults.

• Deliver comprehensive Physical Therapy services to inpatients at the leading acute rehabilitation hospital in New England on multiple programs including stroke, traumatic brain injury, amputee, oncology, addictions, complex medical, ventilator weaning & spinal cord injury.
• Collaborated with interdisciplinary team; created and delivered goal-driven treatment; provided patient, family, and caregiver education; supervised support personnel; clinically instructed doctoral, graduate and baccalaureate PT students and interns.
• Served on Quality Improvement task force, participated in mentor program for young clinicians.
