Overseeing comprehensive operations in the Airport Badging Office. Leading front office functions, which include heavy public interaction, federally regulated application, fingerprint and background processing, as well as all badging processes required for access control on Airport property, and back office operations which include auditing, reporting and data analysis, scheduling, and billing procedures.
Key responsibilities include adherence to regulatory policies and providing accurate and timely regulatory audits to the TSA, the CBP, the SJPD, and airport tenants while protecting Sensitive Security Information. Manage monthly tenant billing processes and inquiries. Develop, prepare and present the training program for Authorized Signatories. Collaborate and communicate effectively across all levels of the SJC team, from front-line personnel to executive management; serving as the primary point of contact for senior-level inquiries.
Other duties include the ordering and inventory of supplies, procedure development, and development and maintenance of both the Badging Office SharePoint TeamSite and the Airport Badging Office Webpage, enabling streamlined access to frequently used links, tools, and documents for enhanced operational efficiency.
My experience also includes six months of training and assuming the temporary responsibilities of Operations Senior Analyst, allowing me to expand and refresh my expertise in accounts payable, contracts, expenditure tracking, procurement, and travel reimbursement.
Responsible for processing and tracking payments, conducting research, and providing customer service to vendors. Maintained compliance with purchase orders and contracts.
