Summary

I started in long term care as an LPN. I have fifteen years of Medical/Surgical experience. I also worked in Cath Lab holding for three years prepping and recovering patients for pacemaker placement, and cardiac stent placement including pulling sheaths, performed cardioversion, as well as assisting the Cardiologist with TEE procedures. I have experience in LTACH nursing taking care of TBI, long term acute care situations. I spent five years in ICU which was during the Covid pandemic wearing hazmat suits, and experienced all of the challenges we faced in an intensive care setting. For the past two years I have worked in pulmonary step down. Cardiac, and pulmonary are my personal favorites, but I continue to enjoy my nursing experience, and feel blessed to do what I love.
