- I started my career at JCC, learning how to repair and identify both diesel and gas engines, became a team leader, and supported my team by working closely with purchasing and parts, learning how parts are purchased and stocked for pods to produce engines for our customers.
- Moved to pod 80, started in disassembly and inspection as a team leader, and delegated daily tasks to team members to optimize group productivity. I moved to assembly, where I worked closer with customer needs, and helped my team get orders out in a timely manner. Currently, I'm in machining, learning how machines work, and what it takes to lead my team and work through any machining issues.
- I became a forklift trainer and instructed colleagues on the correct use of forklift operation.
- Helped start the high school program for the first three years, training high schoolers to work in a manufacturing environment, giving them other opportunities after school.
