As the Executive Director, I reported to the Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for the strategic and operational leadership including financial performance, regulatory compliance, employee relations, quality and patient experience.


Prior to my position with Premier as Executive Director, I consistently grew with Premier starting in 1989 as a Front Desk Representative and ending as Executive Director in 2024.During this time I was responsible for many different aspects of the business from front desk, managing staff, marketing, building new facilities and creating many efficiencies to ensure we were meeting our financial goals related to budget.
