• Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and test registration issues with PSI.

• Support Commission and Board meetings by preparing minutes, recording motions, and verifying accuracy.
• Manage attendance and per diem records, submitting reports to the Secretary of State’s office.
• Maintain and update official records, autoreplies, and education division files for compliance and efficiency.

• Developed curriculum and designed courses for the GA 75-hour Prelicense as prerequisite to qualify for state exam
