Since my employee path began at sixteen, it has been a rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling journey. I have been a truly responsible, honest, sincere, spirited, and dedicated team member throughout my life. Personal interests revolve around art. Creative minds like mine don't stop me from bringing successful ideas to the table. I will showcase my ability to inspire other individuals around me to gain great focus. With my surprising energy source, i can move quickly while working on detailed analytical projects. Been called altruistic and a passionate go-getter who will complete any task that requires immediate to semi-assistance with follow-through. My mantra is, "Nothing is impossible as long as you try and do your best to succeed."
I'll start off by saying this employment opportunity has been a true blessing since after COVID, and throughout my employment for nearly five years.
- 1. I was hired for a server position in the Dietary and Memory departments, administering meals during the end of COVID, per safety restrictions.
- 2. Continue to branch out to increase my understanding of different departments. Then I was preselected to join the care staff team due to my compassion for going above and beyond in the assisted living environment. Trained by the best of the best for memory, independent, and assisted care. Performed with precise direction on a timely routine. My shift was 3 PM to 11 PM, then I picked up additional shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM due to staff or agency staffing being absent, and no call/no-show at least two times a week.
- 3. Alongside care staff, I was trained as a med tech. I learned a totally new approach to medicine, with a focused task assignment by times. Ensuring that all the residents had their proper medicines, per their doctors' prescriptions. Then, I was certified in June 2021. I performed Med Tech duties in every department at my highest level, following the correct certified procedures from October 2021 until 2023.
- 4. Continued to be elected to join the Life Enrichment Team. Prescheduling events, performers, classes, and outings with our Activities Coordinator. The scheduled time was 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Then, since cross-trained. I would work in the kitchen in the evenings to assist the team.
- 5. In the summer of 2023, I was re-elected to serve as a Lead Server in the Dietary department. This included the training of many server employees. To be a positive lead role with dedication and efficiency. setting up a continental breakfast, delivering all memory care meals, performing dishwashing duties, and managing paper products inventory control for the kitchen and dining rooms. Including restocking, laundry duties, and bereavement basket creations, and pre-pull stock for parties and events. Also, to be an expeditor on the main line in the kitchen for the distribution of hot food. Also running to-go orders for residents who are unable to make it to the dining room. This position was based on the all-hands-on-deck motto. To work well with others for time control and completions in every area of the kitchen schedule.
- 6. My record of attendance was 100% impeccable, and I was recognized as a 110% responsible team player. Willing to learn and advance to the next higher level of excellence in following the dining and kitchen procedures. To continue to strive for the ultimate best service in the dining experience. Not only for the residents, families, guests, and our employees. I have felt so glorified when the residents would point out that I was the best on countless occasions.
- 1. Providing & Initiating Superior & Courteous Customer Service Relations on Guests arrival & departure of the establishment. Especially with a friendly & kind manner to accommodate their requests, reservations, & wait time estimates. Also keeping front of house clean & organized at all times.
- 2. Coordinate and memorizing seating & table occupancy. Escorting, while assisting the Guests comfortably and effortless to there seating tables. As well as to organize the Server's area availability for a more pleasant accurate dining experience.
- 3. Answering phone calls for Take-Out/ Door Dash Orders, Scheduling Daily/ Weekly & Party Reservations, Vendor Calls, & any Customer Service Call that call in for assistance.
- 4. Multitasking throughout all areas of the restaurant's location to assist other Department's & Manager's. To constantly be aware of open seating availability.

Coordinating w/ Warehouse for scheduled Installations.
