Partial Hospitalization Program was a step down unit from an in patient Psychiatric Unit to prevent relapse of depression, anxiety, bipolar and schizophrenia disorders. Group therapy with LCSW and RN medication and relapse prevention groups were held. Transportation and meals provided. Medicare covered the treatment and was closely monitoring documentation and results from treatment program. Treatment teams were held weekly with MD, RN, LCSW.
