• Oversite and supervision for 22 onsite health centers, Upstate, SC
• Recruit, and retain staff members and providers
• Serve as liaison for providers, collaborating MDs, clients and vendors
• Partner with Medical Director, Administration

• Work closely with Marketing, Pricing, Business Development and Sales teams
• Lead implementation team in set up and maintenance of new and existing centers
• Manage employee relations and discipline
• Execute all pre-hire and onboarding including credentialing of providers
• Partner with potential clients and foster relationships ensuring complete satisfaction with service, account management
• Serve as clinical, legal and managerial resource
• Ensure satisfaction of all policies, procedures and regulatory standards, credentialing and licensure
• Offboard employees and perform exit interviews
• Train staff on State and Federal licensure updates, infection prevention, HIPAA compliance and patient safety
• Address complaints and concerns with appropriate resolution and follow up, initiate surveys of client and patient experience
• Create and update evidenced based department policy and procedures
• Provide opportunities for students and interns
• Support Project Search Associates providing clinical and clerical opportunities
• Serve as Breast Health Navigator, prescribe mammography and diagnostic testing, provide education and support
• Collaborate with mobile mammography, and blood donation for health centers
• Maintain open lines of communication and consultation support for all team members and clients
• Collaborate with IT team to implement electronic medical records in all centers, ensure training and updates
• Submit and renew applications for provider and center COI, CLIA waivers, laboratory testing and waste disposal. Conduct standard training and annual updates
• Execute non-dispensing drug outlet permits for pharmaceutical offerings
• Partner with Pharmacists and staff to ensure compliance and regulations are in place
• Care for patient and family health and wellness needs including health coaching and referrals
• Perform wellness, annual, pre-employment, DOT and sports physicals, hearing conservation
• Manage and provide afterhours triage call services for Work Comp injuries, illness and sports injuries for local system. Coordinate emergent, immediate and follow up care including substance abuse testing
• Report ROI to customers on monthly, quarterly and annual cadence, meet routinely for review and make program changes necessary to meet needs
• Coordinate health risk appraisals, biometric screening, vaccine clinics and wellness programming
• Oversee scheduling, ATO approval, timekeeping and expense reporting
• Organize health and benefit fairs in client locations
• Assist team with budgeting, planning and reporting
• Complete annual reviews, determine bonus and merit increase, provide performance feedback to all team members and providers
