Throughout my time as working as a receptionist I have been able to learn many things. I have a very outgoing and welcoming personality which I try to express to the costumers. Also, being a receptionist comes with stress and pressure, but my myself works better under stressful situations. In the felid I have learned how to navigate and use excel. I used excel such as for making appointments or just to organize situations around the office in general. I have also picked up the habit of being able to deliver messages from the customer to the doctor/store owner in a very organized and clear way.
