• I started as an intern aiding with daily operations. Presently, I still do filing, bookings mark off manifests and do labels in PCS. Additionally, I fill containers for export and strip containers imported.

One primary responsibility is setting prices by weighing items using scales, applying store

pricing guidelines. This ensures fair transactions, charging customers based on actual item

quantities. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure accurate weights and promptly address

pricing discrepancies, maintaining customer satisfaction.

My role goes beyond taking orders; I prioritize creating a positive dining experience by

engaging with guests, answering menu queries, and offering personalized

recommendations. I maintain clear communication with kitchen staff to ensure accurate

orders and timely delivery. Throughout the dining experience, I anticipate guest needs,

promptly address concerns, and aim for high customer satisfaction.

• As a customer representative at this company, my responsibilities were responding to driver’s inquiries. Additionally, I send reports to the relevant departments.

• While working at this company, my responsibilities were to supervise, coach and counsel all staff. I coordinated daily operations including morning staff meetings, shipping needs, and addressed and resolved customer complaints.
