  • Successful creation, administration, and strategic planning of multi-million-dollar budget
  • Supervision of hiring and retention of over one hundred (100) employees in public school system
  • Procurement, administration, and evaluation of all programs, including digital and online curriculum, legal issues, and collective bargaining; and setting of goals striving for continuous improvement in all sectors
  • Primary grant writer and most recently brought in approximately 1.7 million dollars in grant funding for corporation
  • The most recent grant award was for FEMA saferoom project, in which we were only the second school in Indiana to receive this grant
  • Implemented on-site CNA certification program
  • Presenter of newly developed programs that I have implemented over years within this corporation as either principal or superintendent
  • Supervisor of special education department and director to ensure Article 7 and local laws are being followed
  • Supervisor of online curriculum program (APEX & Edmentum).

  • Expanded an online credit recovery program to assist students with graduating on time
  • With the implementation of this program, the graduation rate increased over 20% over the span of two (2) years and raised the state letter grade from a D to a B
  • Implemented an Early College within the high school that allowed students to receive the ICC
  • Oversaw the daily activities and operations of the school, including student discipline, data analysis, teacher evaluations, academic policies, and curriculum development
  • Mentored three staff members in a principal leadership internship program
  • Oversaw and ran online curriculum program (APEX & Edmentum)
  • Led faculty meetings online during COVID, assisted teachers with implementing online classroom platforms.
