Oversee the daily operations of the facility, assist DON, address any staffing concerns, handle customer complaints/grievances, ensure patient safety and optimal patient care, assist with emergency situations, IV starts, patient assessments, developing plan of cares, skills competency, regulations, policies & protocols, pronouncement calls, and engaging with patients and families.

Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with collaboration with other healthcare professionals, providing direct and individualized bedside nursing care, provide pre & post surgical care, preparing and administering prescribed medications, dressing changes, inserting catheters, starting IVs, monitoring patients' vitals, collaborating with interdisciplinary team for discharge planning, Educating patients and families about their care, charge nurse duties, certified preceptor for students and new nurses, and adhering to best practices, standards, and protocols.
