• Proactively follow up with clients to maintain a high level of customer services and

• Client on-boarding of wealth management, mortgage or commercial customer needing
retail accounts as requested by relationship manager
• Provide new client experience to new Private Clients, creating ease of use for all retail
products and banking capabilities
• Represent Busey at client and community events
• Develop new relationships through prospecting and building community networks
