Throughout my experience in all the different jobs I have worked, I have grown to love every single one of them. What drives me as an employee is that I am helping others, and feeling apart of a team or community. I am very community oriented, and I have skills in Data Entry, Customer Service and Attention to Detail.
Though my time here was short lived, my every day job was to make sure the children were tended to and safe, and that they were getting their bottles of milk correctly and on time. I learned to balance caring for the children, ensuring their parents were informed of any activities we did throughout the day, keeping everyone safe and maintaining a clean space for the children to play.
As a barista it was my job to make sure every customer was accounted for and had their orders corrected to their liking. I worked with my team to manage our time wisely and ensure that the restaurant was closed when it was time. It was a job where I learned to be quick on my feet, timely and consistent with the work we put in.
As a receptionist I would enter data into our system, greet customers, ensure facility policies were being implemented and help customers navigate the process of becoming a member at our gym.
As a library assistant, I would gather returned books and put them back onto the shelves, help anyone who required assistance, enforce library policy and close the library when the night was over.
