  • Routing and organizing work orders in a timely manner to be handled by technicians.
  • Customer service: when asking specific questions relating to certain spray services. How will their property be affected by a specific product. Is it harmful. How long until effects are noticed? Best time of year to apply certain products and how often will it be needed.
  • Have a pesticide license to spray in multiple categories of additional knowledge. Including ticks, mosquitoes, lawn care, invasive weeds, fungal diseases and other insects. Also including knowing how to read pesticide labels for health hazards, calibration requirements and how best to use certain blends of chemicals.
  • Additional: Asked to assist in office work for 3 years during a company merging in winter of 2021-fall of 2024.
    Spoke with clients over the phone with issues about services, payment, appointments. Often this could last from 8 to 11 hours.
