CalSAWS Zoom Host- Primary Zoom account holder responsible for scheduling and hosting all Project wide Zoom meetings, including large monthly meetings for Client with up to 1000 participants. Generated reports/stats as needed. Monthly Joint Powers Association and Project Steering Committee meetings recordings published to the CalSAWS YouTube channel and CalSAWS.org website.

• CalSAWS Bi-Weekly Status Reporting - Responsible for the bi-weekly Maintenance and Operations (M&O) report submitted to the Client. Reaching out to team leads for team updates in order to present to the Client the deliverables timeline. Hosted the Weekly Status report meeting with the Client via MS Teams.
• E.R.I.C Pingboard Administrator - Maintained the Project Organizational Chart consisting of all teams and resources across the Project. Responsible for keeping the chart updated as changes occurred. Generated weekly and monthly reports, and worked closely with the Client to ensure their teams were accurate and updated. Audited the Org Chart weekly with the ERIC team.
• CalSAWS Connect Newsletter Editor- Curated and developed the CalSAWS Connect Newsletter, a monthly Project wide correspondence intended to unify both Client, Contractor, and Vender relationships by providing information on Project events and upcoming deliverables for the Client. Utilized apps such as Canva PRO for designing and editing. Worked with MDs to ensure the newsletter was approved for publishing
• PMO Team Trainer - Mentored and trained junior analysts joining the PMO team or transitioning roles. Professional development while enhancing overall team performance.
• Cross Cultural Collaborator - Collaborated with cross-functional teams for various Project efforts (Connect Newsletter, All-Staff meetings, JPA/PSC meetings), and to identify areas of improvement, leading to increased operational effectiveness.
