I-ERP Vehicle Accounting and Reporting

A Plan to Report (PTR) Application under the new I-ERP program that is planned to replace and enhance the functionalities of Finished Vehicle Accounting Application

Responsibilities:

• Currently Managing 2 teams – I-ERP Vehicle accounting and Tier II reporting teams.
• Successfully Launched I-ERP Canada Pilot and US/MX launches managing team across AP, NA and Deloitte teams.
• Implemented segmentation to the ERP launched markets as per the company’s new reporting system.
• Leading the team to launch EU markets in the upcoming releases without Deloitte support.
• Completed POC and launched Tier II reporting project providing seamless data view to business reports using cutting edge technologies like Cloudera Data Platform, Impala, spark, Qlik sense and IICS.
• · Upskilled the team with new upcoming technologies like CDP, Hadoop, Big Data and Hive to support Tier II solution.
• Navigating the team to transition to GCP to support report 4 as pioneers in the ERP program.
• Lead Tiger team 1 formed by a group of experts from various teams to actively investigate VIN processing errors in ERP and resolved them quickly before quarter close.
• Designed and Developed Tier II access form to provide self-service access tool to business.
• Lead the Batch-sequence project initiative by collaborating with various teams to reduce system lag in ERP after migrating from FVA.
• Facilitated conference room pilot CRP sessions to provide a demo of ERP to the senior management and business users. Addressed their concerns by adding them to the Project plan.
• Managing IT, Ford business and strategic partners(Deloitte team) across NA and AP regions through daily stand-up meetings, iteration reviews, demos, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Played a key role in PI planning sessions by collaborating with internal and external dependent teams, foundational and architecture teams.
• Actively participated in daily leadership meetings (LL3+) provided inputs for improving FVA vs ERP data variance analysis post ERP launch.
• Adhered to Agile methodology and helped the team achieve Basecamp2. Significantly improved team’s productivity, predictability, and responsiveness.
• Initiated several learning programs and KT sessions - continuing to train Ford and Agency team members with business and SAP technical modules within the team.
• Mentoring FCGs and summer interns with project training and Ford processes.
• Hands-on experience in managing user stories, features, sub-epics, in rally.
• Proven strong communication skills by creating and presenting Project milestones to large group of audience during PI planning sessions.

Finished vehicle Accounting is a transactional system where vehicle events processed are accounted for and reported on, at a VIN level. It is the key functionality of FST – Financial system Tools

Responsibilities:

• Designed and developed ETL processes using DataStage designer to load data from Oracle, MS SQL server, to the target Data Warehouse database
• Played Lead role in delivering major project launches such as Data Mining Tool (DMT), FVA reporting, FVA globalization – AU, EU, China and India interfaces
• Aided with design and build of FST - GDIA interface
• Extensively worked on Mainframe, Teradata SQL assistant, Oracle, SQL Server and other tools
• Collaborated with various marketing sources and built new interfaces for feeding the data into FVA
• Improved Business customer experience by fixing issues and enhancing various features in CVF reporting
• Leading Tech Refresh activities DataStage upgrade, Teradata upgrade flawlessly as part of DCOF migration
• Successfully reduced project execution cost by increasing the performance of the existing DataStage jobs
• Successfully Streamlined the ETL code deployment process by working in Jenkins code automated code migration
• Closed major OIC working with Teradata Vendors, implemented Teradata Unity resulting in setting up disaster recovery site.

Customer Notification Engine (CNE) is the ‘hub’ of Bank of America’s Online Banking eAlerts.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Data quality Team which was responsible for fix the data quality issues.
• Worked on Designing and Development of major functionalities of the application which feeds the data from various sources.
• Worked on customer Combine/Separates using the MDM and WCC suspect matching functionality.
• Modified configuration files and achieved performance improvement.
• Created the plan for Disaster Recovery and participated Disaster recovery exercise.

Know the Customer (KTC) includes the customer knowledge data repository

Responsibilities:

• Converted the mainframe DB2 jobs to DataStage jobs using ETL tools.
• Data conditioningin the Test environments to allow testing teams to perform the testing and Certification.
• Data Conversions: Involved in the conversion of huge data when pertaining to the new customers when Bank of America acquired new banks. Maintaining Sync with the existing data.
• CRM:Created workflows and reports using salesforce specific to business requirements.
