Procure contractors following the City's purchasing policies and procedures.
Investigate and troubleshoot complex maintenance issues and perform necessary repairs.
Inspect work done by contractors and Facilities staff to maintain quality, standards and expectations as stated in the scope of work.
Prepares reports, technical information and other necessary correspondence, records, and files; ensures the proper documentation of activities.
Coordinate with other departments on construction projects and special events.
Prepares job specifications and project scopes. Perform job walks with contractors, obtain proposals, review, and provide recommendations.
