- Utilizes various testing devices such as the T-berd 209OSP/2310, Dynatel 965 series, Volt-ohm-meter, Sidekick, Transmission Measuring Sets, Acterna HST series, and metallic measuring device
- Locates, splice, repairs and rearranges cable and cable conductors in building and aerial or buried plant
- Performs trouble isolation of transport, customer and company communications components, cable and infrastructure from the customer's premise up to and including the central office.
