• In the Cardiac Care Float position for a 12-bed CCU, I provided and managed care for patients before and after cardiac catheterizations/angioplasty, femoral sheath removals, Femstop application, PCI, pacemaker insertions, trans-esophageal echocardiograms, cardioversions, and managed ACLS drips, ventilators, and arterial lines.
  
• In the Surgical Intensive Care Unit, as a Critical Care Float for a 10-bed SICU, I cared for pre/post neurosurgical patients, including those with craniotomies, ICP monitors, and external ventricular drains, as well as patients after thoracic, vascular, and MVA/trauma surgeries.
  
• In the Cardiac Surgical Intensive Care Unit, I held a Critical Care Float position for a 5-bed open-heart unit, providing post-operative day 1 care for open-heart patients, assisting with bedside chest reopening post-operation, and managing various hemodynamic monitors, chest tubes, central/arterial lines, ventilators, and ACLS drips, consistent with all critical care units.
• I supported family members during crises, kept them informed of the patient's changing status, facilitated visitation when appropriate, answered their questions professionally, and assured them of the medical expertise being provided to their loved ones.
