Independently evaluate, order, interpret, diagnose, and develop treatment plan for acute and chronic medical conditions in newly admitted patients requiring hospitalization. Manage hospitalized patients on the medical/surgical floor and ICU. Collaborate with hospitalist physician on an as needed basis. Management of up to 18 inpatients per shift in a rural hospital setting. Additionally, provide coverage in the outpatient urgent care setting on an as needed basis. EMR- CPSI
