• Properly identify yourself: Introduce myself by name and department. Explaining what job I am there to provide before continuing.

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms: I make sure to work from cleanest to dirtiest, top to bottom, and counter clockwise when turning a room over. I disinfect everything in the room. I clean walls and floors. I make the bed.

• Clean and disinfect operating/labor rooms: I don PPE, strip out any biohazard or trash, strip out linen, disinfect walls and every item, mop floors, and set up the bed.

• Clean and disinfect clinical areas: Strip trash and linen, disinfect surfaces, clean floors, vacuum carpet, clean glass and dust, and detail clean.

• Spot clean and keep hallways free of debris: daily dust mopping and disinfecting high touch surfaces.

• Keep record of room turnovers and tasks done throughout shift: I use EPIC Rover to mark start and finish times for room turnovers. I use paper to mark clinical cleans and detail cleaning.

• Stock supplies: I stock all patient/employee areas with supplies. Place orders for designated areas. I keep paper products, chemicals, PPE, and other supplies full. I locked up all supplies in EVS carts and closets.

• Properly operate floor care machinery: I have learned to operate an IMOP, clean machine, and store machine when done.

• Take food orders from customers.

• Operate fryers/hoppers.

• Bag orders accordingly.

• Use customer service skills.

• Complete cleaning list for closing hours.

• Keep supplies stocked throughout shift.

• Unload truck orders.

•Assist customers with locating product.

•Working the register.

•Keeping store tidy.
