Contract Lifecycle Leadership

• Lead end-to-end contract lifecycle activities supporting North American procurement operations, serving as a primary liaison between Procurement, Legal, Risk Management, Privacy, Insurance, suppliers, and business stakeholders.

• Partner with IT, external implementation teams, offshore development resources, and internal stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize workstreams, and deliver business value through agile methodologies.

Contract Standardization & Governance

• Led analysis of multiple order templates and supporting agreements to identify standardization opportunities across procurement contracting processes.
• Facilitated stakeholder discussions on contractual requirements and process alignment, ensuring template governance strategy across multiple agreement types.

Stakeholder Leadership & Team Development

• Coordinate complex cross-functional review activities involving Procurement, Legal, Privacy, Insurance, Governance, and business teams to drive timely decision-making and issue resolution.
• Act as a trusted resource for procurement teams by delivering training, process guidance, and subject matter expertise on contracting best practices.
• Support organizational change initiatives through communication planning, knowledge transfer, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption activities.

• Lead contract lifecycle management process to effectively identify and mitigate the Company’s exposure to potential risks for all North America locations. Manage all aspects of indirect supplier confidentiality/master level contracting. Utilize legal playbooks and other resources to drive consistency and speed in the negotiation and execution of all confidentiality/master level contracting

My role was to create and issue North American contracts to any supplier that needs them as requested. This includes Confidentiality Agreements and Master Agreements. Negotiated agreements with suppliers and collaborated with the legal team to ensure compliance and alignment with company standards. Assisted with innovation initiatives to support project development and implementation.
