Back Office Associate (BOA) responsibilities is to ensure all transactions are handled effectively and efficiently. Verify all accounting transactions that have been processed through the whole store. Ensuring the cash vault reconciles daily, along with transmitting all financial and managerial records for all prior day activity. Partner with the front end supervisor to identify any non working equipment. Over see associates time and attendance, vacation request, as well as providing manager support for any store performance reporting.
Responsible to support team members with reconciling and resolving exception items. Assisted with integrating new clients on SuRPAS record keeping system. Maintain records for external and internal audit.
Manage, reconcile and settle various funds via SuRPAS record keeping system. Providing daily settlement for various clients. Ensuring purchases, redemptions and exchanges are accurately reported to the clients. Research and resolve any issues ,discrepancies. Submit adjustment as needed to fix shareholders accounts. Responsible for monthly/quarter fee payments to dealers.
