As a member of the Mission Delivery support team, the Administrative Program Director (APD) sits within a branch of support to the Chief Mission Officer (CMO) to maintain the integrity and execute the mission of the agency
Under the direction of the CMO, the APD assists with researching planning, and implementing the organization's programs, organize and coordinate programs as assigned by the CMO
Along with the CMO, the APD will provide strategic guidance assigned in ways that promote the BVHPF's culture and report on the progress of operations
The ADP will collaborate with the CMO to initiate goal setting for program delivery based on the strategic objectives of funder agreements and the agency
The ADP is responsible for planning, obtaining and allocating resources necessary to achieve program milestones from start to finish including identifying processes, implementing structure, deadlines, etc
