As an experienced Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) with 5 years of experience, I have a passion for ensuring high-quality software through the implementation of effective testing processes. My experience encompasses a variety of testing methodologies, including UI, API, and soap

services automation, as well as all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development methodologies such as waterfall and Agile.

I have extensive experience in UI test automation using Selenium Web Driver as well as version control tools like Git and SVN repositories. Additionally, I have worked with a range of testing tools, including Visual Studio, Team City, Jenkins, Soap UI, Postman, Test Project, Git, Micro focus, SQL server management studio, and Oracle SQL Developer.

My experience in testing web services (SOAP/REST) APIs & soap WCF services includes manual testing, defining test cases, developing and maintaining test cases, and documenting all phases of the QA processes. I am skilled in

Unit testing, Functional, Integration, and User acceptance testing, and have experience in accessibility testing using JAWS, event testing (GA & Segment), and AB testing using custom frameworks as well as launch darkly.

I have worked with Test Management/Bug Tracking tools like HP ALM/JIRA/TestRail to track test execution progress and prioritize bug fixes. I have a proven track record of identifying automated regression scenarios and providing solutions to implement a variety of validations like UI validations (Image, Text, CSS validations), data layer validations, database validations using entity framework, cookie validations, and event validations using network logs.

My experience also includes implementing automation for email template validation, Salesforce web chat, and case management modules. I have used ALM & Jira for defect tracking and test management, and have experience in DevOps tools like EC2 Instances & Dockers.

I have hands-on experience in automated Performance and load testing for web applications, APIs, and Soap services using Micro Focus and JMeter. Additionally, I have conducted product demos to business stakeholders on every release, following the SCRUM model, and facilitated meetings with both off-shore and on-shore teams to provide visibility of team's work, identified and coordinated cross-team dependencies as well.
