• Implemented Zero Trust Architecture – Azure Active Directory migration for mission-critical B2B Applications.
• Implemented Anticipated Impact Measurement & Monitoring (AIMM) Application which is a strategic operational application for IFC. Currently, I am working on delivering AIMM 2.0 implementation, impacting corporate-wide scoring model changes for IFC’s Development Impact Assessment.
• As a Project Manager in Finance applications portfolio in IFC IT Implemented Account Special Ledger. Played a crucial role in effectively understanding the user requirements and developing an innovative solution to the clients by partly adopting the agile practices. The project provided maximum satisfaction to the clients and was implemented within Time & Budget. The project was recognized through various awards in IFC.
• Implemented multiple phases of complex cross-cutting Implementation of Cash Management System (Quantum) across IFC & IBRD. This complex project involves liaison with various units in IBRD & IFC to ensure a successful implementation and was an shining example of ITS Collaboration efforts across IFC & IBRD.
• Implemented multiple phases of Investment Contract Review Application (ICRA) build project with a complex data migration of about 1.1 million records from Lotus Notes to Oracle platform.
• Played a lead role in the implementation of Fee Accounting and Management System on Oracle Cloud Platform.
• Application Support Lead for Complex Mission Critical Applications such as Summit & Investran. Played an effective role in managing Client expectations, SLA Adherence & resolution of major system downtimes. Also delivered Major/Minor enhancements with effective utilization of resources in an Offshore/Onsite model.
• As a Business Analyst for ITSTR – Capital Markets project Implementation – Developmental Assignment as Business Analyst Implemented Murex for IBRD and played a crucial role in effectively understanding the liquidity requirements of IBRD Treasury and developed complex solutions and reporting manage the liquidity needs. The project was implemented within Time & Budget and was recognized as a team through a special performance award.

• Lead Business Analyst for the Finance & Treasury Portfolio applications in IFC. Responsibilities include Capturing requirements and analysis of all Major/Minor enhancements to the portfolio applications such as ACBS, Summit & In-house applications.
• Business Analysis/Project Management planning for Major/Minor enhancements along with application support teams.
• Implemented IFC Re-org 2013 initiative; A one of a kind Re-org impacting the complete application landscape for IFC which was lauded by the World Bank group with the Information Quality award.

• Requirement Gathering for India Implementation of Core-banking application.
• Subject matter expertise on Retail Banking products offered by the bank & work as a liaison to Business & IT Teams for co-ordinated product vision.
• Conduct discussions with design & development team on the requirements and deliver Functional Specification Document & obtain Bank’s approval on proposed design.

• Worked extensively in Risk Management Initiatives taken up by the Controllers Team and helped reduce Key Risk Indicators for various markets.
• Managed a four-member team involved in External Custody Reconciliation for European Markets. Responsibilities include Client Delivery, Performance Management & Other Management deliverables.
• Migration of Custodial Reconciliations for European Markets from London Office to Offshore Center in Bangalore.
• Migration of key reconciliation functions from Goldman Sachs, London to Offshore Center in Bangalore.

• Executive/Team Leader for an Operations Team working to migrate Business operations from various Citibank offices to Offshore Center (captive offices) in Chennai.
• Migration of Bank’s GL & Settlement Accounts for Citibank Australia.
• Migration of Cash Management functions (Funds Transfers, Foreign Exchange & Money Market functions) from Citibank South Africa & Citibank Morocco to Offshore processing units.
• End to end In-sourcing migration of a 5-member Reconciliation Function from Home loan Management limited, UK to Citigroup involving Bank/Cash & GL reconciliation in April 2005.
• Portfolio acquisition projects for Citifinancial UK and successfully migrating Mortgage portfolios to Core Banking Application and mapping of External Correspondent Bank accounts to respective portfolios.
• Participated in the Core Banking Implementation project representing Operations for Citibank South Africa and assisted in UAT & DR stages of Flexcube Implementation.
• Visited Citibank Morocco as a part of the Seed Team for Migration of Cash Management products to Offshore.
