• As a Dispatcher, I communicated via phone, radio and in person with guests, other departments and security personnel. I was in charge of distributing security to calls. I had to multitask and organize at all times. I was in charge of contacting emergency personnel as needed. As dispatcher, when putting out calls over the radio, I was clear, thorough, organized & detailed. I also trained new hires.
• Escorts: money, guests assists for medicals, customer service & intoxication (including wheelchair assists for both), ATL'ed (asked to leave), emergency personnel & team members.
• Event Security: I worked concerts in the Pavilion, first at bag checks and metal detector scanning (machine & wand). Then I worked in various areas during the concert . After the concerts, I have worked the "Meet & Greet's" then co-escorted the entertainers with upper management.
• Outside Patrols: As an outside officer, I patrolled the property in the security truck, golf cart and on foot. The areas I patrolled included parking lots and team member areas. My duties also included driving team members in the truck between Tropicana & Harrah's.
• Casino Patrols: Excellent guest service, picking/up & disposing of trash, pushing in chairs, pit fills, escorts, reporting any issues, checking all public areas and back of house areas, keeping people out of restricted areas, ID checks, removing minors from the casino, assisting guests/team members and enforcing general rules.
• Tower Patrols: Checking for & reporting any issues or potential issues, key assists, removing people from restricted areas, excellent guest service when coming in contact with guests
• Lost & Found: logging items into the book & computer, returning items to the owner, paperwork & checking room
• Respond to emergency situations. Work with emergency personal regularly in medical and criminal situations.
• Responded to and resolved situations, with physical and verbal de-escalation including trespassing
• Gather information & write reports.

I worked at our Caesars Entertainment Sister-Property during the outdoor concerts. My duties were: before the concerts I would be at the entrance for bag checks & metal detector screening (machine & wand). Then during the concert, I worked at various locations throughout the venue.

• I was a stay-at-home foster mom to a total of 20 children. We adopted our son in 2018.
• Worked with educational team to develop Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for the children.
• Maintained open communication with caseworkers and support teams to ensure that the needs of each child were being met effectively.
• Managed daily routines and schedules, fostering consistency and stability in the lives of my foster children.
• Maintained accurate records of my foster children's progress, including medical appointments, medications, school achievements, and behavioral issues.

• Advocated on behalf of the children in court hearings

• Full time swing shift Dispatcher for 4 years & fill in dispatcher on days off.
