I have 15 years' experience in retail and have spent the last 3 becoming an accomplished Assistant Store Manager. I have been successful in my time managing by demonstrating management skills such as being organized, multi-tasking, problem solving, taking on extra tasks (DEI, WBRG, community involvement) and completing them in a timely manner. I have proven that I can effectively oversee both Fresh and Center, hold a team accountable, celebrate wins, develop associates, and maintain relationships. I take pride in my ability to look ahead and be thinking of not only what needs to happen now but what needs to happen tomorrow. I am a dedicated team player who is looking to use these skills in a role that allows me to lead a store, more associates and continue to expand my knowledge of our company.
