Fast paced 3 star Michelin restaurant. This was a very remote location . I ran two separate didh pits at the same time which was challenging when it was very busy.
This was a summer seasonal position.
I treated every guest s a rock star and gave excellent service to everyone.
On at least one occasion we had a total blackout. I managed to turn this into a fun event for my guests by keeping them in good spirits while they waited for their turn on the makeshift buffet line. I served drinks, played board games with them and served red wine which did not need to be chilled.
All the guests thanked me and said they had a wonderful time.
