I was the Area Logistics Specialist for Hess Corporation's largest producing Bakken asset. I facilitated daily meetings, problem solved, built a weekly maintenance schedule and forecast, promoted Lean culture, drove continuous improvement, monitored KPI's, and managed data in SAP.

• Duties included; planning oilfield surface maintenance in SAP, creating Task Lists, creating BOM's, and gathering and entering Master Data

• Duties included; Loading rail cars with oil, inspecting cars, and keeping detailed records of seals and car conditions.

• Duties included; working as a Floor Hand, Derrick Hand, and Relief Operator.

• Duties included; performing corrective maintenance on well sites, pressure washing equipment, cleaning up produced fluid spills, and loading production pipe.

• Duties included; Gathering daily production numbers, calling in loads of oil, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining surface equipment, creating work orders to repair surface failures, and keeping detailed records.

• Roustabout Duties included; Plumbing in new well sites, laying pipelines, and performing corrective maintenance on well sites.
• Flowtester Duties included; Performing regular maintenance, monitoring and recording tank levels, pressures, and temperatures.
• Paver Duties included; Paving new driveways and performing maintenance on driveways and parking lots.
