• There's 7 lines in the area I'm assigned to. each line has different types of diaper boxes they are running sometimes the same, but I would go all through out the warehouse and find the specific bundle of diaper boxes was brought and delivered to the line. I'd set them up on a conveyer for them to prep for the machine to feed it through, I would do that for the rest of the shift going back and forth through the warehouse picking orders for my lines making sure they don't run out or shut down

• I get the blueprints to the fan or generator or ac unit on how to build them for the costumer, go get all the tools and parts together to start assembling this unit together. I would foam big pieces for the unit, I would build the unit using blueprints & yeliong others as well

• I would be in charge of unloading and loading a trailer with product and scanning it to see what bay in the warehous to store the product at & we would do this through the whole shift.

• Maintain a line that would produce wire for the next line to use. If a break out happened I would be responsible to fix in and make sure the line is running through my whole shift. I would weld wire baskets to keep product going, maintain a clean line machine by cleaning inside and out. Use a forklift to transport any finished product on reels to the holding area

• What I would do is take out the mold of item they have set for the time being, it could be a kayak’s and water tank’s. After it’s being fired up I would take it out and trim any excess plastic off of it and refill the mold with new weighed out powder it would be about 50-60 pounds. After that another station would do the last steps for it to be wrapped and put in inventory. I would be assigned to a different station every few days and repeat doing this

- My duty’s at Autoliv were to conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and job hazard concerns on production lines, including area involving chemical exposure.

- Provide safety training and orientation for new hires, as well as ongoing training on topics like personal protective equipment, emergency response, forklift & tugger operations.

- Track safety metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to reduce risks and enhance workplace safety culture. Coordinate emergency preparedness, including drills, spill responses, and first aid protocols.
