  • Swapped out Multilin 269P, 369, and 469 motor protection relays with SEL-710 relays. Also, adding in differential protection monitoring to the Schweitzer and running all the readings back to the house.
  • Assisted in all of the one line diagram changes, p&id changes, and three line diagram changes.
  • Installed test switches for all schweitzer relays, so that troubleshooting in the field was safer for the technicians.
  • Assisted in the upgrades of Class 2 Div 1 equipment to Class 1 Div 2 equipment to make the workplace safer around hazardous chemicals. (Motor Protection Controls)

  • Worked side by side with chemical engineers as to why we were not getting our analog readings back to the digital control system.
