Provide Military Honors for Air Force/Space Force military members to include colors details, retirement ceremonies, and office duties.

• Coordinating, scheduling and performing over 700 funerals, for Air/Space Force members in four Colorado counties spanning across 3,000 square miles.
• Maintained detailed records of all transactions and facilitated accurate reporting for a GPC program worth over $80,000.
• Assisted in the preparation of over 45 Honor Guardsmen through tirelessly dedicating over 800 hours of training to instill confidence and readiness in members to carry out a no-stop congressionally mandated mission

Currently serving as the Command post (CP) and Team leader for the Fatality Search and Recovery Team, assisting the NCOIC in day to day operations, training, and readiness to ensure mission accomplishment

• Serve as the liaison between FSRT teams, chain of command, 5 CERFP elements, as well as local and federal agencies to implement and maintain clear, constant , and concise communication and collaboration
• Fostered development in the skills of team members by empowering team members to conduct hands-on practical applications, classes and refresher trainings to induce confidence and retention of material while supporting and assisting when needed.
• Inducing a positive, efficient, and cohesive culture through celebration of wins, discussion on losses, and assuring an active flow of communication is in place to promote trust and inclusivity amongst the team.

Served as a Non-Commissioned Officer of the Transmissions Platoon with MWCS-38 overlooking the direct training, and welfare of over 80+ Marines.
