I was responsible for applying inks in specific designs to clothing of all types. I originally started as automatic press operator. Here, we operated semi complex machines and computer interfaces in order to achieve customer's desired look on the desired blanks. After two years, in order to achieve a pay raise I switched positions from automatic screen printer to manual screen printer. In this position I was responsible for the same level of quality of orders, just less blanks printed overall. Here, I was able to achieve the highest metric possible at our company as an M11 printer. Out of at least 100 printers, I was 1 of 3 at this level of performance at our site. I also, spent some time in the digital department, fulfilling orders through the staging process all the way to the QC/Shipping process, also performed heat transfers, worked with emulsion, reclaim machine, computer imaging software and more.

• Inspected printed products for clarity, color accuracy, and conformance to provided specifications.

• At DSG I work mainly in shipping.
• This job mostly involves packing engine parts and kits into gaylords, papering, strapping, and readying it for shipment by specified date
• Although lots of parts can be very small, many of the larger engine parts can weigh in the neighborhood of 30 lbs or more
• This requires high endurance and focus when packing product
• Attention to detail is key when signing diversely coded product into gaylord or box
• And safety when handling delicate parts and/or operating machinery is of the highest priority
• I also have had over 1 year of experience in our production department which mostly involved lots of precise counting, sorting and labeling
• I also did work in the pulling department when extra help was needed.

• Here I was expected to work an array of different jobs from picking and packing, to prep and to cleaning

• As an Inbound associate my primary duties were to stow sale material in the applicable bins, following guidelines of ASIN constraints and weight constraints using standard RF scanner and rolling cart
• This was a timed event so speed was a crucial part of the workflow, as well as quality, and I was known to meet or exceed expectations in these metrics week after week during the duration of my employment
• I also performed certain support duties such as “waterspidering” and building carts for other stowers
• I resigned from employment here due to transportation constraints.

• My primary duty at West Corp was to convert inbound calls into closed sales
• A minimum rate of conversion in various metrics was to be maintained throughout each month to secure employment
• During my employment here I gained skills in communicating products and services in a digestible manner as well as assisting current customers with their existing accounts
• Typing, using Microsoft Excel, and other computer systems was a part of the daily agenda

• Here I was responsible for scanning sales floor items to determine pricing for current and upcoming sales
• Thereafter printing the ads for said sales and placing each ad next to or on the corresponding item
• The reason why I believe this experience is relevant to this job is the fact that it required extensive walking and or running for 4-6 hours on a nightly basis

• Here I was responsible for an array of important construction work such as running base, shelving, dressing room partitions, setting door locks and jams, etc

• Here I gained basic skills in using these tools as well as lifts, air compressors, goggles, gloves, straight razors, impact drills, glue guns, hammer drills, etc
• I would say the best part of working for this company was the opportunity to work in a deadline-based, professional environment, building for both commercial and private buildings, while working alongside seasoned veterans in not only the Finish Carpentry field but also from other trades such as electric, framework, and painting.

• I was responsible for assisting an Independent contractor with daily workload and craftsmanship
• I took on tasks such as running base molding, crown molding, sanding dry wall, painting, setting standards and shelves, etc
• Here I learned basic functions of common hand tools such as stud finders, levels , and tape measures

• I was responsible for overseeing any and all shift duties including but limited to: food prep and presentation, timeliness of order completion, cleanliness of workstations and lobby, cash handling, customer escalations, and general customer service.
