I believe productivity played a key part of my life. Helping me keep focus on things outside and inside my life, keeping my goals clear, consistent, and controlled.
Key factors; like creating an Inbox/Goal list by each quarter of the four months. Handling responsibilities without being overwhelmed, Journaling and reviewing myself, self learning, and self work. Psychological wise, being productive contributed to my mental health through abolishing task, building good habits, and becoming a better part of my-self in general.
All in all I think its important to know yourself, continuously putting effort in yourself, crating a butterfly effect of positivity with yourself and other around you. For me that's productivity .
