The job of a CBRN Specialist in the military is to be ready for any task regarding Chemical, Biological, Radiological, or Nuclear hazards. You have to learn how to identify certain hazardous materials and how they can affect those around, as well as how to contain said hazards.
On top of the CBRN certification, I was also specialized as a LIMA 6 which allows access and utilization of a STRYKER vehicle for more risky plotting of hazardous spills and areas.
While deployed overseas the task of a COR representative is to oversea a contract for the US Government and ensure the valuable tax dollars are being put to good use.
The contract was for Badging and Biometrics. A multi billion dollar contract which dealt with the tracking of allowing individuals on base.
While in the role I pushed up a number of documents and system revises to ensure the security and authenticity of the contract, all while ensuring base security.
