I am currently working at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, United States of America, as a foreign language teaching assistant and primary instructor. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in English applied Linguistics from the University of Sindh Jamshoro. I have three years of language teaching experience at the K-12 and university levels. Along with that, Iam a member of the Human Rights Council of Pakistan, and I have served voluntarily with several national and international NGO’s, which has broadened my horizons for humanitarian challenges and cross-cultural cooperation. Apart from academics, I have a strong passion for acting, writing, theater performance, and script writing.. My primary areas of interest include English as a second language teaching, Teaching Urdu as a foreign language, teaching courses related to English American Literature and applied Linguistics, and translating indigenous language scripts into English.
