I am a highly motivated professional who is attracted to merit based organizations that provide challenges and incentives for excellence. I have been a soldier in the Army Reserve and Illinois Army National guard since 2016 making a transition from enlisted soldier to Officer through ROTC Commission from Western Illinois University (2019). I am a cross culturally fluent and tactful individual who pairs passion with professionalism which has been built with 4 years supervisory leadership experience direct responsibility of groups of 40-60 personnel. My experience in various positions of leadership with escalating responsibility has contributed to honing my ability to manage tasks and direct individuals or groups to success with motivational attitudes, establishment of improved business practices for operations and accountability, good bargaining ability, I am currently on active duty orders assigned to USMEPCOM as the Operations officer since March of 2022. I have significant professional leadership experience in the army performing a range of roles covering logistics, maintenance, and operations. My supervisory and leadership experience includes : Operations Officer for USMEPCOM Western Sector (2022-2023), S-4 Logistics Officer for task force Illini(Washington DC- Capitol Response II (2021). I have a continued desire to build myself, my team, and my community. The core of my value system is character , competence, commitment, and brevity.
