I began my UPS career as a package handler at Independence Day, TX in Fall of 2021. In time, I was promoted to Part-Time Outbound Supervisor. After self-relocating, I became Part-Time Hub Supervisor in Tacoma, WA. During my time in Tacoma, I intentionally requested assignments in order to gain understanding of the operation as a whole. I experienced managing: Cornerstone Training, Cornerstone Class Facilitation, Inbound Operations, Small Sort Operations, Grid Operations, and Control Room Operations. In Spring 2024, I was relocated to Bremerton Washington and become a Part-Time Preload Supervisor. In Summer 2024, I was selected for enrollment in the L.E.A.D. program as part of Cohort #4. Throughout the 8 week program I was provided the skills and training necessary to advance comfortably into a Full-Time Management role within the company. I graduated from L.E.A.D. on September 27th, 2024. During Peak Season 2024 I was promoted and relocated to Full-Time On-Road Supervisor in Oakland, CA.
