  • MiSight growth in 2023 was 90.3% where the area and nation was at 70%. We grew our 1 day business by 11% for the year which was ahead of the 10% company goal. Annual % of 1 day business was 42.1% ahead of the company goal of 38.7%. Have gown My Day family in 2023 which was main product by 37.8%. MDMF 102%, MDS 17%, MDT 37%. This was ahead of area and nation, and ahead of company goal. We had strong focus and execution with My Day family in 2023.
  • Involved in several key leadership roles. For last 3 years I have lead the sales advisory council which is the best representatives in the company. We work with marketing, sales force development, finance, professional affairs, and Sr management every month. Developed key tool for working with distributors in 2023. I was chosen with 2 other RSM's to work with new Pulse 2.0 analytics dashboard to help with proof of concept. This new tool will be rolled out to entire field in Q2 2024. Also worked with Sales force development on new Viva Engage program to share competitive intel within the company.   • When started at Cooper this was new expansion region. I hired 5 new reps initially. So been responsible for training and development and performance management. Been through 2 additional expansions and territory re-alignments. Did this with minimal turnover while I had 1 rep get promoted to RSM in last 2 years and 2 others in last year get promoted to Sr Executive rep. My area sales director says I have one of the strongest teams in the company as noted on several performance reviews.
