My employment history as you can see I have bounced around a bit, one reason being that I'm a very creative person and did feel lost for awhile along with many other personal reasons. And the other reason is because I have a very high expectation when it comes to being a teacher, and working with children. Honesty and communication are is one of my best qualities.
I have experience working with children of all ages, however Toddlers/Preschool is what I love the most. I have also worked with children who have special needs another love of mine. I adhere to a kind and compassionate approach when dealing with discipline issues, and I'm successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. I have also been looking into colleges (online) and I'm looking to eventually go for some sort of education/special education degree.
I would love also to get my CDA or Montessori Certification. I'm ready to be apart of a team that I can help achieve company goals, and who is as passionate about helping children learn and grow as I am.
