Over my nine-year venture at HUF North America, I have consistently proven my value as a team member by achieving various accomplishments. Through strategic and critical thinking, I played a pivotal role in quality improvements and downtime reduction. This involved initiatives such as optimizing bell cup changes from every fifteen minutes, which incurred ten to fifteen minutes of downtime, to a more efficient schedule of every two hours with no offset in the number of inclusions. Additionally, I successfully advocated for the recycling of solvents, leading to a significant cost reduction from ten dollars a gallon to four dollars a gallon which led to saving the company over $150,000 annually
