As an Account Manager with Batch, I worked with customers to better understand their business, to define their goals, and to ensure the customer is best utilizing the BatchService product suite. I was responsible for converting new customers, and renewing and upselling existing customers by driving product adoption, as well as additional features and functionality. I had to be detail-oriented and motivated. I worked to achieve revenue and long-term account goals that align with company goals while maintaining a consultative relationship during the customer’s lifecycle with Batch. The position was in a retail and service industry.

As a Head Coach for Momentum Volleyball I had to collaborate with Assistant Coaches, lead and direct 12-18 youth athletes from the age of 15 to 18 and cooperate with wishes and sometimes demands of players parents.
I actually cannot seem to remember or find when exactly I worked at Home Depot. I know that it was most of 2020 (if not all) and I believe went into 2021 as well. I worked at Home Depot part time while finishing up my college degree.
Assisted in coaching at two high schools for a total of five seasons, displaying leadership and adherence to Head Coach's instructions.
Initially worked as a backend employee, handling restocking duties and operating small fork lift equipment. After 6 months, shifted to the overnight shift in the Frozen Section due to conflicting college class schedules.
I worked at AZ Burn Volleyball Club for two season, it was actually the club that I played at while in High School and was ran by my High School Volleyball Coach.
I am devoted father and husband, outside of work I enjoy family time playing board, card games or watching movies (Mystery is my favorite). I also enjoy anything to do with sports, I love to watch Football (CFB and NFL), Basketball and Volleyball. I coach and play volleyball as well!
