Responsible for the initial startup and Construction Management for HyperFiber/Ripple Fiber in the Southern Arizona market.
Worked in tandem with local Regional Executive to set up local Tucson office in preparation for initial Construction builds in the Tucson metro and Green Valley areas.
Met with local construction contractors to plan out timelines and build responsibilities and review expectations once construction begins.
This included providing any training or guidance with materials, proprietary tools, tracking software, safety compliance and expected Code of Conduct.
Also met with local electric utility (TEP) for preliminary assessment of tie points for ROW cabinet power considerations.
Drive out all 8 designed build areas in order to assess problem areas, cabinet placement, backhaul tie points, access issues and possible redesigns.
I also was a participant in initial meetings and conversations with local municipalities and HOA’s in order to obtain approvals and permissions to proceed with construction.
