At Locke Buildings I build post frame building. Me and one coworker would build a post frame building in a few weeks. a few required skill's are, fluent blueprint reading, safe heavy equipment operating, building trusses, framing, roofing and metal siding. I learned a lot about the structural part of a building and weight distribution limitations.

Refined Painting Services is a painting company based in gresham, i was hired on originally as a painter but impressed my boss with a few repairs on his jobs. He then promoted me to carpenter/painter where I advanced my finish skills. I left RPS because they werent getting enough work to keep their crews busy but I ive kept a good relationship with my old boss and still do sidework for him often.

• Installed trim, moldings, and door casings with precision and attention to detail.
• I learned efficient production while working at McFadden Finish & Trim. I was often tasked with trimming a 2,000-3,000 sqft house in a single work day. I spent everyday picking apart my process trying to find small adjustments to make myself as efficient as possible. I have used this skill to refine my work.
• Conducted quality inspections on finished products to maintain high standards of craftsmanship.
• Reduced waste and costs by accurately measuring, cutting, and installing trim work, cabinetry, moldings, and other custom woodwork components.

• Conducted land surveys using advanced GPS and total station equipment.
• Analyzed topographic data to create detailed maps for construction projects.
• At all county I learned about how a job site functions and gained a deeper understanding of constructing a building

• Determined most efficient work procedures and techniques.
• Completed finished carpentry work such as sanding, staining, and varnishing.
• Used a wide variety of power and hand tools for carpentry projects.
• Handling the entirety of versatile jobs from initial consult with the customer until the close of the job
• Some examples of the work I did are as follows; refurbishing wood (cabinets, trim, tables, benches), hanging drywall, mudding, texturing (orange peel and knock down on ceilings and walls, framing, painting, finish carpentry, siding and more

• Oversaw all carpentry work
• Responsible for identifying necessary repairs
• In charge of Estimating cost for materials and repairs
• Doubled as a painter when carpentry was not apart of the job description or when painting was a priority.

• Cleaned and organized the kitchen to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Assisted in prepping ingredients for the daily menu at a busy restaurant.
• Washed and cut fruits and vegetables to prepare for cooking or serving.
• Stored food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage.
• Took orders from customers and communicate with the staff to get the order completed as quickly as possible
• Cut and ground meats, poultry and seafood to prepare for food service.
