At Dolce Bakery my role was to establish a strong online presence for the bakery and foster a sense of community along its social media followers. My duties included creating and curating engaging content. I was responsible for developing social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This involved planning and scheduling posts, monitoring and responding to comments and messages, and analyzing social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of posts that I made. I monitored industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve and provide strategic recommendations for improving social media presence.

As a general manager, I played a pivotal role in studio operations. I was overseeing the daily operations of the studio by managing staff schedules, training and supervising employees, and ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. I would also be responsible for maintaining inventory, handling customer inquiries and concerns. Also, implementing strategies to drive business growth. Additionally, I encompassed curating captivating content, executing strategic promotional campaigns, and fostering strong relationships with media outlets. I took charge of brand collaborations and skillfully negotiated contracts to optimize the studio's growth and success. Embracing the dynamic nature of this role. I thrived in the constant hustle, finding immense joy in delivering outstanding results.

In this role of a bank teller my job involved providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with various banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and account inquires. I would also be responsible for accurately counting and handling cash, processing cash, and promoting bank products and services. Additionally, I would maintain a high level of security and confidentiality in all transactions and adhere to banking regulations and procedures.
