- Managed the operation of Nordson YESTECH FX AOI machines to inspect assembled SMT PCBs after reflow.
- Implemented SMT placement and defect standards such as IPC-A-610 and J-STD 001.
- Reworked rejected PCBs after reflow oven according to the soldering and defect standards mentioned above.
- Checked incoming SMT parts in a kit according to BOM (Bill of Materials) and prepared them for feeder loading with AML (Approved Manufacturer’s List) method, and obtaining MPIs (Manufacturing Process Instructions). The whole process is called offline setup or feeder loading.

- Installed and ran Essemtec CLM9000 complete SMD Line with the aid of Essemtec AG’s service manager at PAYA, one of the largest communication companies in Iran.
